Great experience with this team as a recent out-of-state buyer of a Lucid Air. Clear and constant communication from Austin, Abigail, and Catherine as we worked through paperwork and logistics. Car was clean and ready for pickup on the date scheduled. Even spent extra time showing us some of the great inventory on site just for fun.

My online buying process was very easy! I like the intro video call and John was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. At first I wasn't sure about the special paint coating but he showed me the difference and I was sold! If I could give ten stars I would. Probably worth a day trip if youre local since they have SO much inventory, but you can really buy from anywhere since they have the virtual set up so well
