1964 Porsche 356 C

Painted amazon green metallic g521m. Originally the car was red with black interior.

The car was completely tubbed and taken down to bare metal.

The current motor is from a PCA 356 member in rancho palos verdes who had a spare motor which was purchased and shipped somewhere between 2006 or 2007. The engine a super b engine. The original motor will be sold with the car.

The complete original car was purchased from sherrills ford, nc in 2005. 2 prior owners.

A letter from Porsche addressed to the 1st owner dated 8/22/66 which identifies chassis, engine number and model is supplied with the car.

The 356 is officially registered with the 356 club and PCA. See emblem on trunk.

A Becker radio receipt dated 11/19/63 and the Porsche original drivers manual will be provided with the car.

2007 body work done by car crazy of concord nc. Body work included a new floor pan, new battery box, new rockers. All other metal work issues were repaired by them.

2010 generator repaired by a 356 generator specialist.

The car suspension and other components were powder coated.

2007 to 2010 All correctly colored wiring repaired or replaced

2015 to 2017 final restoration and assembly was done by monkey nuts of charlotte who are air cooled specialists for this era car and vw buses. Then a shake down was performed then the car went back to monkey nuts for adjustments and interior etc. approx 1500 miles driven since completed by Monkey Nuts.

Mods - only few drivability mods were done like 2021 led 6 volt lights added, dual master, pointless rotor, stainless steel brake lines. Otherwise the car is stock.

A large amount of spare parts will come with the car

Also original tool kit, key chain, letter from porsche, service receipts, spare wheels, original motor will convey.
